Condor

Condor is a holiday and leisure airline that serves more than 75 destinations across Europe, Africa, the Caribbean, North America, South America, Mexico, and Asia. They have earned a great reputation for both their affordable fares and their superb customer service.

Condor will accept animals in the cabin and in the cargo hold as checked baggage. Some restrictions may apply, depending on where you may be travelling. Arrangements can be made for animals weighing over the checked baggage maximum of 30 kg (66 lbs), but this service is subject to additional fees. Anyone travelling with their animal companion is encouraged to contact the Condor Service Center.

Restrictions

  • It is strongly recommended that you contact the consulate, embassy, or government authority for any country (or countries) you will be visiting to ensure that you have met all entrance requirements.
  • Space for pet travel is limited. Travelers are encouraged to call the Condor Service Center prior to travel.
  • Special conditions apply for breeds of dogs classified as "fighting dogs". They may require a reinforced carrier, and in some cases they may not be allowed to travel.
  • Animals may not be transported in the cabin or in the cargo hold on flights to/from Dubai, Male (Maldives), and Sharjah. Other countries may also have similar restrictions, please contact Condor Service Center for further details.
  • Condor will not accept birds and rabbits in the passenger cabin of the aircraft, but may be transported in the cargo hold.
  • Hamsters, mice, and guinea pigs cannot be transported.

If you are unable to travel with your pet

Condor will not accept unaccompanied pets for travel. All pets must be registered and accompanied by a passenger. If you are unable to travel with your animal companion, you will have to make arrangements with another airline.

Codeshare flights

Pets may not be accepted on interline flights or flights operated by codeshare partners. It is strongly recommended that you contact any codeshare partners or other airlines directly to familiarize yourself with their individual policies regarding pet travel.
