Cubana (or Linea Aerea Cubana) is the national carrier of Cuba. Founded in 1929, they are one of the oldest airlines in the Caribbean, and one of the oldest airlines in operation today. From their main hub in Havana they offer regional service within Cuba, as well international flights to Canada, Europe, and Mexico.
As far as pet travel is concerned, Cubana will generally not allow animals to travel in the cabin of the aircraft. They will make an exception for certified service animals, as long as advanced arrangements are made and proper documentation is presented. They will, however, accept pets in the cargo hold of the aircraft as long as all requirements for travel have been met.
